The 2012 Australian Longboard Open
Kingscliff sand banks on the Gold Coast hosted the first Australian Longboard open. Best athletes from Australia and overseas competed in pro longboard, old mal, stand up paddle and noserider pro divisions. A surf vehicle display next to the stalls on the grass completed activities at the park, above the surf. Fred & Lily showcased a tandem surfing exhibition on Saturday and Sunday. Dates for 2013 have been set as March 20th - 24th.
